The PARK view

Most conversations about AI focus on what it can do.
I'm interested in what it does to us.

AI is not only a tool you pick up and put down. For educators it is becoming an environment: something learners think inside, something that reshapes what expertise means and how understanding is built. The real question was never which app to use. It is what kind of thinker you remain while using it.

How do we develop AI-native educators
without creating AI-dependent ones?

Founding cohort • the 90-Day Challenge

Ninety days. One system you actually finish.

Most educators have been "meaning to get into AI" for two years. The Challenge exists because intention without a deadline goes nowhere. You start with a cohort, you move week by week, and on Day 90 you have something real.

Days 1 to 30
01

Understand

Foundations first, so you stop guessing. You learn what the model is actually doing and where your judgement has to stay in charge.

MilestoneYour AI workspace, set up and working.
Days 31 to 60
02

Build

You choose the one thing worth building for your work and you build it. Not a plan for it. The thing itself.

MilestoneYour first working system, live.
Days 61 to 90
03

Implement

You run it in real conditions, break it, fix it, and bring it back to the group. This is where most people quit and where the Challenge keeps you.

MilestoneIt survives contact with your actual work.

What you have on Day 90.

  • A working system you built and understand
  • Hours back in your week, every week
  • A clear answer to "how should I be using this?"
  • Judgement about where AI does not belong
  • A cohort who watched you build it
  • Nine more months to build the next one

This isn't another course you'll never finish.

There is a curriculum. But the curriculum is only the starting point. The work happens when you implement it, ask questions, test ideas, change things, get feedback, and keep going when the first version doesn't work.

That's why PARK on AI lasts a year.

The first 90 days give you structure.
The rest of the year gives you somewhere to keep building.

What educators say about working with Christi.

Real words from tutors, coaches, trainers and teachers who have worked with her.

From knowing nothing to confident

I went from knowing nothing to having the confidence to create a program using AI. Her lessons were genuinely informative, and if you followed along you gained real, valuable knowledge. If you want to understand AI in simple, plain English, ask her.

As an old experienced teacher of over 30 years, it can be difficult to transition to new technologies. With Christi's guidance I've been able to use AI not only comfortably but now with real useful insights and relevance to my work, my writing and my programme. I would recommend Christi to anybody who might feel intimidated by new technologies.

AI that supports your expertise

The biggest shift was learning to treat tools like ChatGPT and Claude as assistants, not decision-makers. That reframe alone changed my workflow. Lesson planning, content writing, post creation: the tasks that used to take hours now move much faster, without losing my voice or my expertise.

She helped me see that AI can be used in a way that supports human expertise rather than replaces it, and that shift in mindset has been incredibly valuable. I now use AI with much more purpose. What stands out about Christi is her balance of insight, warmth, and integrity.

Educators who built something real

Christi taught me everything I know about using AI in a professional capacity and for business. As a newbie, Christi has improved my knowledge to the point that I have been asked to create a course to teach AI at a local college. Now, if that isn't a recommendation, I don't know what is.

She recently showed me some interesting ways to improve my workflow as a teacher and coach. I'd recommend working with her if you're looking to improve your business as a teacher. Sharper thinking

Christi is one of the sharpest thinkers I have come across on the intersection of AI and professional practice. Before working with Christi, I was using AI the way most people do: input a question, extract an answer. She changed that. As someone with a teaching background, I recognise good pedagogy when I see it, and Christi has it.

Why PARK on AI exists

AI literacy isn't knowing
which button to press.

Christi Park, founder of PARK on AI

Meet your guide

Christi Park

Educator first. Founder, PARK on AI

I actually got interested in AI from a slightly unusual angle. I wanted to know how people were getting around the system.

Doctoral researcher at the University of York. Years spent working as a violinist and teaching internationally. Now training educators and organisations to understand what AI is really doing before deciding how much of the work to hand it.

My background is in education and music, not technology.

I'm a doctoral researcher at the University of York, and before AI became a major part of my work, I spent years working as a violinist and teaching internationally.

I actually got interested in AI from a slightly unusual angle.

I wanted to know how people were getting around the system.

What could a student realistically do with ChatGPT if they wanted to avoid doing the work themselves? How good could the output look? What kinds of prompts were people using? And how obvious would it be to a teacher?

So I started testing it. I tried the shortcuts, looked at the workarounds and paid attention to what happened when you asked AI to do more and more of the thinking for you.

Then I started seeing the same things in real student work.

That was when it became useful professionally. I began training teachers to understand what their students could already do with AI, because it is difficult to design good assignments or assess student work if you do not understand the tools sitting on the other side of the desk.

From there, the work grew. I started teaching educators how generative AI actually works, where it fails, how to use it responsibly and how to build practical workflows around the work they were already doing.

I also started building my own systems. Curriculum planning. Feedback. Research. Assessment. Content creation. Course development.

50+
AI workflows and systems built
Educators
Trained to understand the tools
Always
Rebuilt as the models change

I have built more than 50 AI workflows and systems so far, and I keep changing them because the models keep changing.

Over time, I became much less interested in teaching people clever prompts. The more I used AI, the more I became interested in what happens when we start relying on it for things we used to think through ourselves.

That is really where PARK on AI came from.

I use AI a lot. I think educators should understand how to use it well. But I also think we need to be much more deliberate about what we give over to the machine.

There are parts of our work that are repetitive and should probably be automated. There are other parts, especially judgement, interpretation and deciding what matters, that I do not think we should be so quick to hand over.

That idea runs through everything I now teach.

PARK on AI is for educators who want to understand AI properly and use it with more confidence in their work. Teachers, tutors, coaches, trainers, consultants, learning designers and course creators, all in one place.

It started from the same place for me. I wanted to understand what the technology was actually doing before deciding how much of my work I wanted it to do.

Questions, answered.

What if I'm not very experienced with AI?
Perfect starting point. PARK on AI begins at foundations and builds from there. You do not need any technical background, just a willingness to try things.
What if I'm already advanced with AI?
You'll move quickly through the early foundations and spend your time on workflows, agents, and real application. The later phases are where most advanced users find the value: professional judgment, AI dependence, and what you choose not to hand over.
What happens after the first 90 days?
You stay inside PARK on AI for the rest of your 12 months to implement, refine, and keep developing, with twice-monthly workshops, updates, Q&As, community, and the growing resource library.
Do I lose access after 90 days?
No. The 90 days are the structured start, not the end. Your access continues for the full 12 months.
Can I cancel during the 12 months?
Set your cancellation and refund policy here before launch, so members know exactly where they stand when they join.
How much time should I expect each week?
Plan for a couple of focused hours a week, most in the first 90 days while you build. After that the pace is yours: attend what serves you, build what you need, and let the rest live in the library.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. Every workshop is recorded and added to the PARK Library, so you never lose a session you couldn't attend live.
Is this only for classroom teachers?
No. PARK on AI is one programme for every kind of educator: teachers, tutors, coaches, trainers, consultants, learning designers, and course creators.
Do you guarantee results?
No honest programme can guarantee outcomes, because your results depend on your work and your context. What PARK guarantees is the structure, the support, and the room to keep building for a year. Add your specific outcome or refund stance before launch.
What happens after my first year?
Confirm your renewal terms and price here before launch, so joiners know exactly what year two looks like.
